Straighter teeth without announcing it to the room

We start with a digital scan — no impression trays — plus photographs and X-rays. From that we build a three-dimensional plan showing each tooth's movement stage by stage, and you see a simulation of the projected final position before treatment begins.

Small tooth-colored attachments are usually bonded to certain teeth. They give the aligners something to grip so that rotations and root movements actually happen rather than merely tipping the crowns.

Trays are worn twenty to twenty-two hours a day and removed only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth. Each set is worn for one to two weeks. Most patients feel firm pressure for the first two days of a new tray, then nothing.

Cleaning is simple, which is a real health advantage over fixed braces: you remove the trays and brush and floss normally, with no brackets trapping plaque against enamel.

Teeth continue to drift throughout life. Every case here finishes with a retention plan — a bonded wire behind the front teeth, a nightly clear retainer, or both.
