Dr. Marianna Zadov is the founder and lead dentist of Happy Smiles Dental in Port St. Lucie, Florida. She practices comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on prevention, careful restorative work, and cosmetic treatment that looks entirely natural. Patients most often describe her chairside manner as thorough, unhurried, and refreshingly direct.

Her clinical philosophy is conservative by design. Dr. Zadov believes the healthiest long-term outcome usually comes from removing as little tooth structure as possible, intervening early while a problem is still small, and monitoring what does not yet require treatment. She would rather show a patient a photograph of a hairline crack and explain what to watch for than recommend a crown that is not needed today.

Dr. Zadov treats prevention as the most valuable service the practice offers.
