Insurance & Financing

Clear numbers before any treatment begins

Dental costs should never be a surprise. We verify benefits in advance, present written estimates, and offer options when insurance falls short.

Insurance

We are in network with many major PPO plans and file claims directly, including for out-of-network plans as a courtesy. Our team verifies your coverage, deductible, and remaining annual maximum before your visit so estimates are accurate.

Membership plan

No insurance? Our in-house plan covers your preventive visits, exams, and imaging for a flat annual fee and applies a standing discount to other treatment. No deductibles, no claim forms, no annual maximum.

Financing

Third-party financing offers monthly payments with interest-free plans available to qualified applicants. For larger cases we can also stage treatment clinically and financially so it fits your budget.

How we handle billing

What our team does before you sit down

  • Benefits verified with your carrier before the appointment
  • Written treatment estimate with your exact portion
  • Claims submitted electronically on your behalf
  • Pre-authorizations requested for larger cases
  • Treatment staged across benefit years where sensible
  • Payment options explained without pressure
  • Major credit cards, HSA, and FSA accepted
  • Questions answered by a person, not a portal

Insurance questions

Do you accept my insurance?+

We are in network with many major PPO plans and submit claims for out-of-network plans as a courtesy. Call with your plan details and we will verify your benefits before you book.

What if I have no dental insurance?+

Our in-house membership plan covers preventive visits for a flat annual fee and includes a discount on other treatment. It is often better value than a low-tier insurance policy.

Can I pay for treatment over time?+

Yes. We offer third-party financing with interest-free options for qualified applicants, and we can stage treatment across benefit years when clinically appropriate.

Will I know the cost before treatment?+

Always. You receive a written estimate showing the fee, the expected insurance contribution, and your portion before anything is scheduled.

What is a benefit maximum?+

Most dental plans cap what they pay per calendar year, commonly between $1,000 and $2,000. Unused benefits usually do not roll over, so timing larger treatment near a year boundary can help.

Not sure where to start? Review our patient information page or contact our team with your plan details and we will do the legwork.
