Cosmetic Dentistry

A smile that reads as yours, only rested

The best cosmetic dentistry is invisible as dentistry. Our work is designed around your face, your bite, and your age — not a template shade guide.

Design before drilling

Every cosmetic case begins with photographs, a digital scan, and a conversation about what specifically bothers you. Patients often arrive saying they want whiter teeth when the real issue is an uneven gumline, a worn edge, or a midline that drifted after years of crowding.

We design the proposed result digitally and, where useful, place a trial smile directly over your teeth so you can see and adjust proportions before anything permanent happens.

Choosing the most conservative option that works

Whitening, contouring, and composite bonding can transform a smile without removing meaningful tooth structure. Porcelain veneers deliver a more dramatic and durable change but require preparation. Clear aligners often reduce or eliminate the need for veneers by putting teeth where they belong first.

Dr. Zadov consistently recommends the least invasive treatment that achieves the goal, and will tell you plainly when a cheaper option will disappoint you.

Health comes first, always

Cosmetic work placed over untreated decay, active gum inflammation, or an unstable bite fails. We stabilize health first, then build aesthetics on a foundation that will hold.

If you grind your teeth, a night guard is part of the plan rather than an optional accessory. Protecting the investment is part of delivering it.

Frequently asked questions

Will people be able to tell I had work done?+

They should notice you look well, not that you have new teeth. Natural translucency, surface texture, and length variation are what keep cosmetic dentistry from looking artificial.

How long does a smile makeover take?+

A whitening and bonding case can finish in two visits. A veneer case typically spans three to four weeks. Cases that include aligners first run several months longer.

Is cosmetic dentistry covered by insurance?+

Purely elective work generally is not, though treatment with a functional component — such as restoring worn or fractured teeth — often receives partial coverage. We check before you commit.

How long do results last?+

Porcelain veneers commonly last ten to twenty years with good care. Bonding typically lasts five to eight. Whitening needs periodic touch-ups.
